• Oversee timely completion of federal and state partnership, corporation, trust, and high-net-worth individual tax return preparation by outside CPA firms.
• Manage preparation of federal and state investment entities, trusts, and private foundations’ quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Manage inflow and outflow exchange of sourced documents, work papers and tax returns.
• Maintain Schedule K-1’s, Trial Balance, Brokerage Statements, and any other tax documents and account details.
• Ensure timely completion of federal and state income tax return extensions and quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Prepare federal and state tax projections.
• Perform research and analysis of tax impact from sales, purchases, and other transactions as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Taxation.
• 1-4 years of income tax experience, with public accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US federal and state income tax with experience in closely held businesses, including S-corporations, personal holding companies, partnerships, and LLC’s.
• Knowledge in corporate, individual, partnership, private foundations, trusts and estate, and gift tax preferred.
• Knowledge of CCH Axcess and BNA Income Tax Planner preferred.
