PositionOverview
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst with an accounting background to support our growing financial operations. This role will be heavily focused on financial reporting, working closely with our Private Equity group, Controller, Regional Directors, and Bank Lenders. As we transition from Quick Books Online to Net Suite (go-live June
1), this position will play a key role in formatting and preparing financial reports.
Prepare and format financial reporting packages for key stakeholders, including:
Private Equity group
Controller
Six Regional Directors (customized regional financials)
Bank Lenders (consolidated reports)
Utilize Excel extensively to extract, analyze, and present financial data from Quick Books Online (pre-transition) and Net Suite (post-transition).
Ensure accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Support the ongoing transition to Net Suite, helping to streamline reporting processes.
Work cross-functionally with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling).
Experience with Quick Books Online and/or Net Suite is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $90,000
