This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with existing wealth management clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance expertise.

• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with retirement and wealth management goals.
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, and investment entities.
• Advise clients on tax‑efficient investment strategies, estate planning, and retirement distributions.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and monitor changes in tax laws impacting retirement planning.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and portfolio managers to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.

• Strong knowledge of individual taxation, estate planning, and investment‑related tax issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Experience with tax software and financial planning tools.
• Prior experience in wealth management or investment advisory preferred.
• Mid‑Senior level experience with full‑time commitment.
