SummaryAccounting and Finance Consulting role with an Atlanta-based real estate and development company. Duties are diverse and include a mix of controllership activities, audit readiness and support, FP&A, and special projects including post-implementation support for One Stream.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule
, with two days/week in the company’s Midtown Atlanta office and the option to work remotely three days/week. This assignment is expected to begin on or around January 5 and last until April 30.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
- CPA a plus.
- 10+ years of accounting and FP&A experience, including 3+ in a supervisory role.
- Experience with One Stream required. Implementation experience a plus.
- Experience with consolidations, financial statements, cash flow forecasting.
- Real estate and/or construction industry experience required.
- Expertise in US GAAP.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
