Atrium is partnering with a long time non‑profit client in hiring a hands‑on CFO for all finance and accounting functions including payroll, grants/funds, budgeting, etc. This role will report to the CEO, have Board reporting responsibilities and manage a team that consists of both department leaders and staff.

• Actively participates in supporting the Agency’s strategic direction
• Oversight of accounting group including the Director
• Key point of contact to Board, auditors, banks, legal, payroll vendors and other contracted vendors.
• Prepares and presents the annual budget and cash flow projections
• Prepares budgets for major grants and funding in addition to financial reporting
• GAAP Compliance
• Board presentations
• Non‑profit tax returns
• Payroll oversight including payroll tax and retirement plans

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience reporting into a CEO and having Board responsibilities
• CPA, CMA, MBA are all nice to have
• Extensive experience with grants/funds
