The Portfolio Management (PM) team works at the intersection between Voya’s Fixed Income investment and sales teams, and this internship affords you a broad exposure to Voya’s Investment Management organization. You will assist Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Specialists with reporting, analytics, client presentations, and business/market analysis. The internship offers you the opportunity to enhance your Fixed Income market knowledge, as well as develop a working knowledge of client needs and understanding of Voya Investment Management’s Fixed Income business strategy.

The internship is in-person in our Atlanta office.

• Produce reports and presentations as needed by clients, portfolio management and other business partners
• Run portfolio and fixed income analytics on various systems to support Client Portfolio Manager Team
• Work on ad-hoc requests from clients and prospects regarding Voya’s Fixed Income platform and strategies
• Partner with Portfolio Specialist to support business development, reporting and client service activities
• Other duties as assigned.

• Rising seniors pursuing a master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Fixed Income knowledge/experience a plus
• Strong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint, with an aptitude to use/learn other analytical software
• Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
• Ability to work independently / remotely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Teammate
• Attention to detail

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
