Connect Staffing seeks a Loan Assistant for an opportunity with a banking client in the Atlanta area. The Loan Assistant supports the loan administration team with loan closings, documentation, and client service. Candidates must have strong client service skills, a professional demeanor, and prior experience in the banking/finance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate loan closings.
- Disburse funds and process loan payoffs.
- Maintain loan files and exception reports.
- Assist with construction loan advances, invoices, and fees.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support to lenders.
- High school diploma; business coursework preferred.
- Banking or financial services experience a plus.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn loan systems.
Compensation:
$70,000-$80,000 per year
