We are partnering with a privately held, highly rated specialty insurance group undergoing significant strategic growth. This organization is seeking a transformational finance leader to step into a key executive role, shaping the future of its financial operations and long-term performance.

The Opportunity:

Join as the senior-most finance executive, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll oversee a high-performing finance organization (~35 professionals) and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, capital allocation, and reporting excellence across a multi-entity insurance platform.

What You'll Lead:

• Enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic reporting
• Investment oversight and asset allocation strategy
• Regulatory, GAAP, and statutory reporting
• Tax, treasury, premium audit, and financial controls
• Collaboration with rating agencies, auditors, and external advisors

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership in insurance (P&C or specialty preferred)
• Strong experience across FP&A, audit, statutory/GAAP reporting, and capital strategy
• CPA or CFA preferred
• Proven leadership of high-performing, multi-functional finance teams

Compensation: $400K base + performance bonus + full executive benefits package
