Tax Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accountant with experience in tax voucher processing, document input into a property tax application, and general accounting. Key requirements include Sales Tax Treatment Research experience, deep knowledge of sales tax code, and monthly multi‑state sales tax compliance.

Tax Accountant (Level III)

The candidate will work as a Tax Accountant responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local tax requirements while minimizing sales and use tax burdens. They will provide guidance on sales tax treatment in the equipment finance industry and support audits and documentation processes. The job is to ensure the company pays its taxes correctly without overpaying.

100% on‑site, Monday–Friday. Start and end times flexible, to be discussed with the manager upon starting.

• Sales Tax Treatment Research Experience
• Deep knowledge of sales tax code with the ability to interpret
• Monthly Multi‑State Sales Tax Compliance Experience
• Proficient Alteryx knowledge base

• Experience in Equipment Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Relational database experience with Access, Hyperion, Alteryx, Tableau, Micro Strategy
