Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base + annual bonus

• Executive-level impact: Serve as a key business partner to ownership and executive leadership with direct influence on strategy and growth.
• Broad financial ownership: Lead finance across project accounting, forecasting, cash flow, and long-term planning.

• Financial Leadership: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Project & Cost Oversight: Partner with operations on job costing, WIP reporting, margin analysis, and project performance.
• Strategic Planning: Support growth initiatives through financial modeling, capital planning, and risk management.
• Controls & Compliance: Ensure strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and successful audits.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with operations, estimating, project management, and executive leadership to align financial outcomes with business objectives.

• Experienced Finance Leader: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Construction Background: 10+ years of progressive finance experience with deep exposure to construction or project-based environments.
• Hands-On & Strategic: Comfortable operating at both the tactical and executive levels.
• Strong Communicator: Able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
