The individual will work closely with Corporate Development leadership, the CFO, Controller, and Executive Management Team, supporting board reporting, M&A analysis, capital raising initiatives, and enterprise‑wide KPI and performance reporting.

This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on precision, structure, and transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, executive‑ready insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Design scalable KPI reporting frameworks used for executive reviews, board meetings, and investor reporting
  • Translate raw financial and operational data into clear, intuitive visual insights for leadership decision‑making
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs
  • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, operational performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives
Executive & Board‑Level Reporting
  • Prepare polished, board‑ready charts, exhibits, and analytical slides in Power Point
  • Consolidate inputs from Finance, Corporate Development, Operations, Product, Capital Markets, and Risk teams
  • Support preparation of materials for board meetings, executive leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Corporate Development & M&A Support
  • Assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Support competitor benchmarking, market mapping, and regulatory analysis
  • Build analytical materials for investment cases, LOIs, term sheets, and transaction decks
  • Coordinate diligence processes by preparing schedules, organizing data requests, and supporting data room readiness
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
  • Support the Controller with reconciliations, audit documentation, schedules, and accounting analysis
  • Partner with the CFO on forecasting, cash flow modeling, variance analysis, margin analytics, and KPI reviews
  • Support GAAP reporting, regulatory requirements, and internal control processes
  • Build forecasting models and scenario analysis tools to support budgeting and long‑range planning
Strategic & Operational Insights
  • Develop analytics tied to volume trends, operational performance, pipeline health, and revenue drivers
  • Support cross‑functional teams with quantitative insights related to operational efficiency and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare recurring analytical summaries and performance updates for executive leadership
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, financial exhibits, and strategic narratives
  • Support reporting packages used in capital raise processes
  • Assist with cap table maintenance and due diligence data preparation
