- Research and analysis of federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S‑corporations, C‑corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and related matters.
- Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
- Draft emails, memos, and firm‑wide alerts on current federal income tax developments.
- Assist with firm‑wide trainings in federal income tax.
- Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence for M&A transactions.
- 3+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
- J.D. (Juris Doctor).
- Tax LL.M.
- Experience with partnerships, S‑corporations, and/or C‑corporations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Proficiency with tax research databases such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint.

Salary Range (National Office): $100,000 – $150,000 (varies by geography). For NYC and California, the range is $80,000 – $115,000.
