Sequium Asset Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for a Vice President of Operations Financial Services to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and leading Financial Service Receivable Collections. This includes post charge off collections of credit cards, installment loans, judgments, and DDA for Card issuers, fintech, and debt buyers from all assignment levels.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will take part in the development and implementation of strategies for increased performance, revenue achievement, staff development and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a hard charging, ultra-competitive, dynamic leader with a great reputation in the industry for dominant, competitive performance and the ability to utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.

Data-Driven decision making is key

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serve as an active member of the leadership team and coordinate effectively across the company to develop and implement systems and processes to enhance the operational infrastructure of their division; develop and execute work strategies related to portfolios including scoring and segmentation, dialer campaigns, letter strategies and work efforts; establish and monitor performance metrics and quality control standards;

execute collections activities according to FDCPA, state regulations, UDAAP, GLBA, the FCRA and any other applicable governmental and regulatory requirements/laws..

Requirements: Business/Management, financial service collections (credit card, banking, credit union, fintech, etc.) management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and/or clients. Up-and-coming Director levels also welcome to apply.
