What You Will Work On
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, and other regulatory submissions
- Draft and analyze financial statement disclosures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements
- Partner with accounting, finance, and legal teams to coordinate external reporting timelines, data gathering, and audit support
- Research and interpret new accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations, preparing technical memos and policy documentation as needed
- Support the development and implementation of improved reporting processes, controls, and automation tools
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to perform gap analyses and recommend solutions that strengthen reporting efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in SEC reporting and/or technical accounting, ideally within a public company or Big Four environment
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and financial disclosure requirements
- Proven ability to draft and review complex financial statements and disclosures with precision
- Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and manage competing priorities
- Experience with reporting systems and tools (e.g., Workiva, Hyperion, or Oracle FCCS) a plus
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
