Job Description & How to Apply Below

Brighter Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm specializing in government-backed secured note investments in Georgia. For over a decade, our team has focused on acquiring tax liens issued by local governments, creating a disciplined strategy built on secured positions, predictable returns, and significant equity upside. We are ready to scale our operations.

Our investment approach centers on purchasing tax liens backed by real property, where outcomes are clearly defined: either the property owner redeems and we earn a statutory return, or we acquire the underlying real estate at a substantial discount. This structure allows us to deliver both stable yield and long‑term value creation while maintaining strong downside protection.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, financially sharp operator to support our upcoming capital raise and help scale our tax sale investment platform. This role works directly with the Managing Partner and is responsible for investor communications, reporting and diligence support, deal and fund tracking, financial projections and performance metrics, and building the internal systems that power the business. Ideal candidates have experience in private equity, family office, real estate fund, or investment operations, are comfortable owning responsibility in a fast‑moving environment, and are looking for long‑term growth into a leadership role.

The position starts part‑time with competitive hourly pay, includes a success‑based bonus tied directly to capital raised, and transitions into a full‑time role with meaningful profit‑sharing in the fund’s upside, offering real ownership and long‑term incentive for the right person.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations in investment or financial management
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in fund operations or a related role is required
  • Proficiency in financial software tools and platforms is a plus
