Drives new loan production, deposit growth, client development, and establishes new client relationships. Fosters internal collaboration aligned with the OZK Way and Commercial Bank Vision Statement.

• Comprehensive of the business banking market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• General knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
• General knowledge of financial products and services for business clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including the ability to present financial information accurately.
• Ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision making.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative to meet sales goals and drive growth and innovation.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, including the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to demonstrate effective strategic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate effective analytical skills with the ability to assess loan risks and make sound financial decisions.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while working with exacting deadlines and shifting demands, unforeseen events, and changing priorities.
• Ability to travel overnight, as needed.
• Skill in banking systems and software.
• Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or job-related field, or commensurate work experience, required.
• 4+ years of experience in business banking sales and client relations, or related sales and relationship management experience in a banking or financial environment, required.
• 2+ years of experience in credit analysis and risk assessment, or related experience in a financial institution, preferred.

Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
