We are working with a real estate developer who is looking to add an experienced Analyst to their team.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity).
- Conduct market and property research.
- Support due diligence and investment memos.
- Track portfolio performance and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of real estate financial analysis experience.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with ARGUS or CoStar a plus.
