Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial modeling for large, complex organizations
- Direct experience with outsourcing analysis, shared services, or operating model transformations
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, scenario analysis, and investment/business case evaluation
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to build models from the ground up
- Experience supporting consulting, corporate strategy, or transaction-related engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to GBS, shared services, or BPO environments
- Experience with carve-outs, divestitures, or asset sales
- Consulting background (strategy, operations, or finance transformation)
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders
