We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Personal CFO Services team. This role is primarily client-facing and serves as a trusted partner in managing and streamlining the financial lives of our clients. You will work with a dynamic, high-performing team and collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver white-glove service, provide thoughtful financial guidance tailored to each client's unique circumstances, and proactively oversee financial operations, including client bills and vendor management.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate has exemplary time management skills, the ability to identify and anticipate client needs, and have a service mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Proactively oversee client bill payments, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, discrepancies, or changes, keeping clients well-informed and confident in our oversight.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless, personalized services.
- Review client balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage complex financial transactions and processes, including cash flow analysis, budgeting, and bespoke financial reporting.
- Review and facilitate client requests, providing responsive, high-quality service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, offering creative solutions to unique needs.
- Partner with internal wealth advisory teams to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive client experience.
- Handle sensitive personal matters with discretion, including communications with client legal, tax, or insurance professionals.
- Support the onboarding of new clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in family office, private wealth, public accounting, fund administration, or investment-related financial services.
- Experience in a client-facing financial services role, preferably serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and services, with demonstrated experience in providing personalized client service.
- Experience in overseeing and managing client bills and vendor relationships with accuracy and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks proactively and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
