First American is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer in Atlanta to establish new escrow accounts and process escrow documents in line with policy. You will handle complex transactions and act as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller and lender.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Underwriting, monitor risk, ensure proper disbursement of funds, and complete closings with accurate statements and filings. A high school diploma and 2–4 years' escrow experience are required.
