Associate, Investment Associate – Growth Strategy

Fulcrum Equity Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Atlanta. In this role, you’ll support the investment process by evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting portfolio companies. This is a great chance to work with experienced professionals and learn about exciting sectors like healthcare and technology.

• Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Review business plans and conduct due diligence.
• Maintain the deal log and perform financial analysis.
• Research industries and competitors related to investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in transactions.
• Help source new investment opportunities by networking and attending events.

• At least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting.
• Strong interest in technology and healthcare sectors.
• Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Detail-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research abilities.
• Results-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
