Leadenhall Search is partnering with a highly regarded investment banking and M&A advisory boutique focused on the insurance and financial services sector, one of the most active areas of M&A. Based in Atlanta, the firm has spent decades advising leading businesses across the US on their most important strategic and financial decisions, and has advised on $12.5bn of transaction value over the last five years.

Its core services are M&A advisory, strategy, and valuation. Because the team is small and focused, its people are given real responsibility early, work directly with senior clients, and are involved in live transactions from start to finish.

The firm is looking to hire high-performing audit and assurance professionals who want to make the move into deals, M&A, and transaction advisory. You'll ideally bring:

• 2-5 years of Financial Due Diligence, M&A, Audit, or Assurance experience.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• A genuine interest in M&A and the ambition to build a long-term career in deals.
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
