Senior Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing

We're partnering with a market-leading manufacturer to identify a Senior Finance Business Leader - Manufacturing to serve as the senior finance leader for one of the company's largest and most complex production facilities.

This is not a traditional accounting-focused Controller role. We're looking for a highly visible business partner who can influence operations, drive performance improvements, and help shape the future of the facility.

• High visibility with executive leadership and plant decision-makers

• Lead plant finance, cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, inventory, and financial analysis
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Leadership
• Drive financial performance, productivity improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
• Provide actionable insights that influence business decisions
• Lead and develop a small finance team while serving as a key member of the site leadership team

• 10+ years of manufacturing finance, plant controllership, or operations finance experience
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
• Proven success partnering with operations leaders and driving measurable business results
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment

This is fully onsite 5 days a week in East Metro Atlanta area.
