FP&A Systems Manager

The FP&A Systems Manager at IST Management will play a key role in transforming financial and operational data into accurate, actionable insights for leadership. This individual will own and enhance financial reporting processes, improve the reliability and consistency of financial data, and develop scalable systems for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities, this role will focus on reporting automation, data integrity, systems optimization, and the practical application of AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and accelerate financial decision-making.

This is a full-time, salaried, direct-hire position with IST Management working regular business hours M-F. Must have flexibility for occasional off-hours pending workload. During training first 90 days of employment, role is on-site - after that, may be hybrid with 2 days/wk WFH.

May include a combination of phone conversations, a recorded Teams interview, completion of a communication style questionnaire or assessment, and final on-site interviews with our team.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring financial reports, management dashboards, and KPI reporting; analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Evaluate and optimize financial reporting systems, data flows, and analytical tools; automate recurring reports, reconciliations, data preparation, and other manual finance processes.
