Controller – Facility Services Management - Private Equity Ownership

Our client is a middle-market facility services business company growing through a focused acquisition strategy in what has traditionally been a highly fragmented industry. The business is backed by a leading private equity sponsor focused on expanding operations and requires a Controller to partner strategically with the CFO and executive team as the company moves to the next level.

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to actively contribute to building and growing the finance/accounting function as the business expands. This position will play an integral role with oversight of monthly financial consolidations across all locations in order to deliver corporate level monthly reporting packages to the lenders and private equity partners. This individual will have a strong understanding of business metrics and budgets and will oversee debt covenant compliance while integrating standards and KPIs to support the business as it grows.

The ideal candidate will have previous large company experience where they gained exposure to excellent processes and successfully transitioned into a lower middle market company with the desire and capacity for continuous growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday reporting software.
