Transportation Settlement Analyst

The Transportation Settlement Analyst is responsible for reviewing, auditing, processing, and reconciling transportation invoices and ensuring accurate and timely settlements occur. The responsibilities include identifying billing discrepancies and working with the carrier, vendor, and Delta internal team to resolve.

• Conduct standard financial reconciliation of our transportation costs and work with Finance to maintain accurate financial records
• Create, generate and analyze reports on carrier performance, costs, and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
• Reviewing, auditing, processing and reconciling transportation invoices and ensuring accurate and timely settlements occur
• Identifying billing discrepancies and working with the carrier, vendor and Delta internal team to resolve
• Conduct risk assessments and audits. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
