VP​/Acquisitions, LIHTC Equity Investments

Location Atlanta, United States## About This Role Greystone is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to lead Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity investments from signed Letter of Intent through financial closing. Based in Atlanta, the role serves as closing lead and primary deal lead for active transactions, coordinating internal teams and external partners throughout the investment lifecycle.

The VP/Acquisitions will ensure execution quality, institutional standards, and strong sponsor and investor experience across the affordable housing equity platform. The position works closely with senior leadership within the Acquisitions team to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of LIHTC equity investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities include managing due diligence processes, negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with tax credit syndicators, investors, developers, and legal counsel, and ensuring deals close efficiently and on schedule. Experience in LIHTC equity investing, affordable housing finance, or tax credit transactions is required. The role offers exposure to one of the nation leading real estate finance companies with a significant presence in affordable and workforce housing.
