In this role you will provide overall support to the Asset Management team in monitoring the performance of an extensive multifamily portfolio for a private equity client. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial real estate principles, financial analysis, and displays critical thinking combined with attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:- Support for senior staff in executing the highest performance for a portfolio of multifamily properties to maximize investor returns.
- Conduct research and financial analysis of assigned assets to implement strategic decisions.
- Report on property performance and evaluate risks on P&L statements, development budgets, and loan covenant hurdles.
- Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
- Prepare various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the portfolio.
- Accompany Asset Manager on site visits to existing portfolio assets.
- Special projects as needed.
