• Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients through consistent communication and support
• Manage operational tasks including client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Support wealth advisors with administrative needs and customized client requests
• Participate in team initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed
• Assist with event coordination and office-level activities to support market visibility

• Previous experience supporting clients in a wealth management or financial advisory environment
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses is a plus (or willing to obtain if not currently held)
• Detail-driven and exceptionally organized in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
