International Tax Manager

A global organisation is looking to appoint an International Tax Manager to support its growing international tax team. This position offers exposure to a broad range of complex cross-border tax matters and provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced tax professionals on strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review international tax compliance and information reporting requirements.
• Manage key international tax calculations, modelling and forecasting activities.
• Monitor and assess the impact of global tax developments on the business.
• Conduct technical tax research and provide practical recommendations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other business initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Partner with finance teams and international stakeholders to optimise tax positions.
• Assist with tax audits and global tax planning projects.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals.
• Manage multiple priorities while providing clear communication to senior stakeholders.

About You

• Significant experience in international taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of international corporate tax principles and reporting obligations.
• Ability to analyse complex tax issues and present practical solutions.
• Experience managing projects and developing junior team members.
• Previous experience in a large multinational organisation or professional services environment would be beneficial.
