We are looking for an organized Salon Front Desk Associate to provide customer and administrative support for our salon. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome clients, secure bookings, manage appointment schedules, process transactions, and assist with sales and marketing.

Description

To ensure success as our Salon Assistant you should possess excellent organizational and marketing skills. You should be able to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service and team support. Experience with Mangomint system is a plus!

  • Greeting clients and team members in a pleasant, professional manner.
  • Tending to client inquiries and needs.
  • Processing transactions.
  • Providing clients with information on promotions, Napp Star products, and services.
  • Communication with team regarding appointments details.
  • Reviewing and confirming client's services with client.
  • Assisting team, such as providing client shampoos.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as placing orders via internal communications.
  • Assisting with maintaining salon to ensure a successful and efficient day such as, laundry, product refills, cleaning tools.
  • Having a social media presence when required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon setting.
  • Experience washing hair in a salon setting.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
  • Excellent client relations skills.
  • Consistent professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and punctuality.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable being on social media and engaging with clients on camera.
