The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer service, product education, makeup applications, and skincare recommendations in a retail environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, work collaboratively, and pursue sales goals.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
