Locations: Multiple Outpatient Clinics in North Metro Atlanta

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shifts)

Overview

We’re hiring a motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our expanding outpatient team across North Metro Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions in a team-driven, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term health.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and patient instruction.
• Collaborate closely with referring providers and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT from an accredited program
• Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, clinical reasoning, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification or working toward it
• Skilled in advanced manual therapy, dry needling, or sports rehab techniques
• Experience with post-op protocols (e.g., total joints, ACL reconstruction, shoulder repairs)
