Our team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, daycares, and preschool settings, creating natural opportunities for growth and success.

This is a part-time, on-site role: in home, daycare, preschool based in Atlanta, GA, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, daycare, or preschool environments
• Implement individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
• Use play-based, DTT, and naturalistic teaching strategies to promote communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing meaningful, quality care to every child
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and team members
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and positivity across all sessions

• Active RBT Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Passion for working with children, especially in early intervention and developmental learning
• Ability to actively engage and play with young learners while maintaining structure and consistency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, patient, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in varied environments (home, daycare, preschool)
• Successful background check and complete RBT certification (training provided if needed)
• Reliable transportation
