Responsibilities- Serve as a role model of excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice.
- Administer staff development programs through needs assessment and implementation of education and training programs for clinical staff.
- Provide unit‑specific patient population education, orientation, nurse internship, and in‑service programs.
- Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical area.
- Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.
- Effective analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Certification in a specialty area.
