We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Procurement Manager who’s excited to own vendor relationships, drive meaningful cost savings, and directly impact patient care across a multi‑location healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do- Own procurement strategy for clinical supplies, implants, capital equipment, and services
- Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor partnerships that deliver measurable value
- Collaborate with surgeons, clinical leadership, finance, and operations to balance cost efficiency with exceptional patient outcomes
- Build and manage standardized formularies and preferred vendor programs
- Use data and analytics to identify savings opportunities, reduce waste, and improve inventory performance
- Support acquisitions, new practice onboarding, and de novo locations as OMS
360 scales
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience (healthcare, dental, or multi‑site environments preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven success negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Strong analytical skills with experience using procurement systems, ERPs, and Excel
- Ability to influence across clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders with confidence
- Comfortable building structure and process in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to handle large data sets and ensure pricing and calculated savings are reflected on vendor invoices and EBITDA results
