We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Atlanta area of Georgia. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

• Annual Salary: $85,000-$92,000
• Health Insurance-Employer Pays up to 72% of Premium
• Dental And Vision Insurance
• Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 Per Mile
• PTO-80 Hours in Your First Year
• Paid Holidays-6 Federal, 2 Floating Holidays
• Retirement Package: 401(k) with 3% Match
• Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.

• May See Patients in all Territories
• Scheduled in a Way as to Keep you in One General Area For The Day
• May Have to Complete an Admissions in Atlanta Area
• May Need to Cover the Covington Area for a Week to Fill a Gap of Someone on PTO
• Must be Flexible
• Could Be Managing a Caseload Doing Admissions and Pronouncements
• Patients Per Day-4 on Average
• The RN Case Manager Will be Responsible for Back-up Call

• Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
• Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00
• 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
• 2 years of in-Home Patient Care Experience-Required
• Familiarity with EMR System Kan Time-Preferred
