We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dedicated full-time Medical Assistant to join the team at our Sandy Springs, GA office. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm with occasional holidays and weekends.

Shady Grove Fertility is a premier fertility center focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients to provide expert care and service for fertility treatments.

• High volume of phlebotomy
• Maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
• Document patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient records
• Utilize the computer to enter labs and print labels
• Assist physician or ultrasound technician with various procedures
• Assist with HSGs as needed
• Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance
• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre- and post-op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families
• Work independently to achieve program goals
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
• Administrative tasks and prior authorizations

• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Completion of a formal MA program
• Background in women’s health preferred
• Strong patient orientation and team player
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values
