Job Summary
The Senior Occupational Therapist practices within the scope of care defined in the Georgia Occupational Therapy Act. Plans, implements and evaluates OT intervention to inpatient and outpatient clients upon consultation with a physician in order to promote maximal functional efficiency. Demonstrates advanced clinical competency in at least one area of practice and satisfactory level of competency in administration and supervision, and is responsible for the treatment of all clients appropriately referred to the Occupational Therapy Department at Grady.
