We currently operate in NYC, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and London; and in addition are looking to expand to Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul and many others in the next few years.

We are expanding to hire for the dual role of Server & Brand Ambassador at Tea Around Town Dallas. Prospective team members should be willing to perform both roles. Professional food service, customer service and hospitality backgrounds are strongly preferred. Saturday and Sunday weekend availability is a must. Anyone unable to commit fully to a Saturday AND Sunday work schedule should not apply.

This job description covers two roles in Dallas:
Server and Brand Ambassador. The Server role focuses on tea service aboard the Tea Around Town bus, while the Brand Ambassador role focuses on guest greeting, directing to pickup locations, and promoting the brand.

As a Server at Tea Around Town Dallas, you will be responsible for all aspects of Tea service aboard the Tea Around Town bus. Your duties include organizing and tracking materials onboard, maintaining clear communication with the kitchen and bus operations teams, greeting, engaging with, and serving guests, and cleaning and resetting the bus for multiple trips a day to ensure efficient turnover.

Team Members may assist operations in all aspects including table preparation and front-facing guest services. This is a tip-eligible role.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Offer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tour
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu accurately and efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with visitors throughout their dining experience
• Clear tables and reset them completely and efficiently for the next guests and multiple trips/day
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
• Exemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

As a Brand Ambassador for Top View Sightseeing, you will be the face and voice of our brand, the first line of in-person public relations, and responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role will be to greet guests, direct them to the proper pickup location, engage with them prior to departure, and maintain clear communication and organization between our guests and the essential details of our operations.

• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus
• Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information
• Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns
• Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day-to-day operations
• Be responsible for company equipment
• Promote a culture of positivity
• Monitor the safety of employees and guests
• Receive and submit various reports as assigned
