We are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to help oversee Homespun, Nest on 4, In Room Dining, and Highball! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This individual will help lead a large team of 65 employees.
Ideal candidates will have a strong F&B background in a multi‑unit setting. Previous hotel experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Shift Pattern: Open availability required. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?
- Assist in daily management of all hotel food and beverage operations (kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.) to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls.
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues promptly and courteously, resolving concerns.
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
