• Assist guests with luggage transport to and from rooms.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, outlets, services, and local attractions.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• Respond to guest complaints, informing supervisor of major issues.
• Safely transport luggage, secure, tag and store as requested.
• Inspect and maintain the hotel entrance, clear litter and debris.
• Perform additional duties such as accepting dry cleaning, delivering laundry or messages, and handling special requests.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some guest service or hotel experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages preferred.
• Ability to carry, push or lift items up to 100 pounds.
• Work in public areas and handle luggage.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read and write departmental records.
