Open Leadership Roles at Luella- Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Support the GM, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and drive consistency. Compensation begins at $90K++
- Service Manager – Oversee floor operations, train service teams, and deliver seamless, high‑touch hospitality. Compensation begins at $80K++
- 2+ years of management experience in food & beverage
- High‑end dining or luxury hospitality background preferred
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, and safety standards
- Passion for excellence, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences

Key PositionalRoles and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold performance standards.
- Act as second‑in‑command, ensuring operational consistency across shifts and departments.
- Manage scheduling, floor leadership, and service standards during peak times.
- Support staff development, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in financial oversight, including cost controls, revenue tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain service excellence by overseeing floor operations and daily service flow.
- Monitor guest experiences, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff to uphold brand standards.
- Implement SOPs for service consistency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
