Aboutthe role
The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check‑in, during the stay, and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during arrival and departure, responds to a wide variety of guest requests, assesses guest needs, adds personal recommendations, and aligns with Four Seasons service standards.
What you will do- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, interacting in person and by phone.
- Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests.
- One or more years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment (considered an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and a customer‑service orientation.
- Guest‑centricity and an understanding of the importance of guests’ preferences.
