About the HotelThe Hilton Atlanta and Towers is a 1,249‑room hotel located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, just one mile from renowned attractions. Hotel features include 1,249 guestrooms, 51 meeting rooms, 2 ballrooms, and 131,730 square feet of space.
Shift PatternFull open availability (holidays and weekends required) between 7am - 11:30pm.
Pay Rate$18.00 per hour plus incentives.

- Greet guests and complete registration process, including inputting/retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rates, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting Hilton marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and ensuring guests know room location or a bell person accompanies them.
- Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring rooms and services are accurately accounted for, using point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various payment forms, converting foreign currency, making change and processing gift certificates.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information—room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local area, general product knowledge—answering guest questions and inquiries.
- Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve/negotiates solutions for guest satisfaction.
- Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
- Previous hotel front desk experience (hospitality and customer service).
- Flexibility and openness with availability.
