• Lead the daily kitchen operations, ensuring each team member fulfills their tasks and standards are met.
• Maintain food and beverage operations, including stocking supplies and supporting service.
• Implement safety practices, manage access to sensitive areas, and uphold health standards.
• Ensure strict sanitation of all surfaces, equipment, and the kitchen space.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a related field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Compliance with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification per state regulations.
