Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking to welcome a Group Reservation Coordinator to join the team!
Our hotel featuring 1249 rooms and over 130,000 sq feet of event space, is located downtown near I-75, connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airlines. Our 3+ team members report to the Reservations Manager.
The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience in front office and/orcelona reservations within hospitality, 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

What will I be doing?- Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
- Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
- Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
- Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
- Provides clerical support and assistance to management – special projects as needed.
