Regional Director of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards. The RDO will lead cross‑functional teams, develop strong partnerships, and implement performance‑driven strategies that align with company goals.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and lead revenue‑generating initiatives across all hotel departments.
• Promote a customer‑focused culture by delivering outstanding guest experiences, conducting regular guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing feedback to continually improve service and experience.
• Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards.
• Manage all daily hotel operational areas, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and F&B to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Provide timely performance reports, financial updates, and operational insights to stakeholders, including owners and corporate leadership.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such, should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations.
• A bachelor’s degree (B.A.), 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to leverage and be proficient in systems to streamline operations and reporting, such as Property Management Systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.

$85,000 - $95,000 yearly
