Banquet Captain - Atlanta, GA

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Type: W-2 part-time.
Location: Atlanta, GA and Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties.

You run the floor for a section or a full function: pre-shift, assignments, timing with the kitchen, service standards, and the handoff to the client's banquet manager. Captains are the backbone of how we deliver.

Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.

• Lead pre-shift and assign stations
• Run service timing with culinary and the client's banquet team
• Coach servers on the floor and correct in real time
• Close the function: counts, breakdown, incident notes

• 2 or more years of banquet or event service with lead or captain experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, W-2, paid biweekly by direct deposit
