Regional VP of Operations

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of select-service hotels and drive performance across the region. This executive-level role oversees hotel operations, financial results, guest satisfaction, brand standards, owner relationships, and leadership development while partnering with property and corporate teams to achieve business goals.

The RVP will have a strong presence in the field, working directly with Regional Managers, General Managers, and hotel leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve results. This role also supports hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and making a measurable impact across multiple properties.

Extensive travel is required, with frequent property visits and in-market support.

Compensation:$125,000

Responsibilities:

Set performance expectations and hold Regional Managers and General Managers accountable for results

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel ownership groups, senior leadership, and property teams

Review financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Oversee operational performance across an assigned portfolio of select-service hotels

Provide operational leadership for hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects

Qualifications:

Experience with hotel systems, labor management tools, and financial reporting software

Experience with branded select-service hotels strongly preferred

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred

Proven success improving hotel revenue, profitability, and operational performance

Excellent communication, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
